BIG FRIG DRINKWARE & DRINKWARE ACCESSORY LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty covers any defects in, damage to, or malfunctions in your new Big Frig 30oz tumbler, 20oz tumbler, 128oz growler, 64oz growler, or 32oz growler (hereafter “drinkware”) or tumbler lid, sliding tumbler lid, or growler lid (hereafter “drinkware accessory”).

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

This warranty lasts as long as you own your Big Frig drinkware or drinkware accessory. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the drinkware or drinkware accessory except when sold by a reseller authorized by Big Frig, LLC (hereafter “Big Frig”) or given as a gift.

WHAT WILL BIG FRIG DO?

Big Frig will repair or replace (at its sole discretion) any defective drinkware or drinkware accessory at no charge.

In the event that the kind of drinkware or drinkware accessory to be replaced has been discontinued or is not immediately available (including products customized by Big Frig as a condition of original purchase), Big Frig may elect to use a similar, non-customized product of its choosing as replacement or to provide a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping) of the product in the form of store credit.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Further, any item which has been customized or otherwise altered (including but not limited to etching, engraving, embossing, ablating, and water transfer printing) after purchase is not covered by this warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you must submit the warranty registration form available at bigfrig.com/warranty/ within 30 days of receiving the Big Frig drinkware or drinkware accessory.

If something goes wrong with your drinkware or drinkware accessory, submit a brief written description of the problem using the contact form at bigfrig.com/contact-us/ with the subject line “WARRANTY CLAIM”.

We will review your request and contact you within 3 business days to inform you of the results of our review and of any further actions you must take (see section below) before we are able to process your warranty claim. Once all requirements to process your warranty claim have been satisfied, Big Frig will repair or replace your product within 30 days.

WHAT FURTHER ACTIONS MIGHT YOU BE REQUIRED TO TAKE FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED?

Big Frig may, at its sole discretion, require any or all of the following before processing a warranty claim: photos of the damage to or defect in the product; return the product to Big Frig at your expense; provide the proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice for the product.

BIG FRIG COOLER & COOLER ACCESSORY 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty covers any defects in, damage to, or malfunctions in your new Big Frig cooler or Big Frig cooler cutting board divider, basket, or cup holder (hereafter “cooler” or “cooler accessory”).

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

This warranty lasts 5 years from the date your Big Frig cooler or cooler accessory was originally purchased from Big Frig, LLC (hereafter “Big Frig”) or from a reseller authorized by Big Frig. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the cooler or cooler accessory except when sold by a reseller authorized by Big Frig or given as a gift.

WHAT WILL BIG FRIG DO?

Big Frig will repair or replace (at its sole discretion) any defective component of the cooler or cooler accessory at no charge.

BIG FRIG CUSTOMIZATION 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty covers any printing defects or errors in design in any customization (including but not limited to laser marking, laser engraving, laser ablating, and digital inkjet printing) done by Big Frig, LLC (hereafter “Big Frig”) on your new Big Frig product. “Printing defects” are physical abnormalities or blemishes resulting from a mistake in the printing process (such as bubbling, peeling, chipping, and misregistration). “Errors in design” are inconsistencies in images used, design placement, spelling, or wording between the completed customization and the proof approved by you, the customer. Any design aspects (including but not limited to images used, design placement, spelling, or wording) present in the proof approved by you shall not be considered “errors in design” and shall not be covered by this warranty. Inconsistencies in color between the completed customization and the proof approved by you shall not be considered “errors in design” and shall not be covered by this warranty unless exact color specifications are given in writing to Big Frig by you and are agreed to by Big Frig in writing prior to proof approval.

This warranty lasts 30 days from the date your Big Frig product was originally purchased from Big Frig or from a reseller authorized by Big Frig. WHAT WILL BIG FRIG DO?

Big Frig, at its sole discretion, will reprint at no charge or will refund the print fee of any customization that Big Frig determines to have printing defects or an error in its design.

If Big Frig elects to reprint the customized product, that reprinting may be done on the original customized product or on a new, similar product of equivalent value at Big Frig’s sole discretion. Reprinting does not renew or extend the duration of this warranty.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

Any problem or imperfection that is caused by abuse, misuse, power washing, or an act of God (such as a flood), either accidental or intentional, is not covered. Anything present in the approved proof image or sample products shall not be considered a printing defect or error in design and shall not be covered by this warranty. Further, any item which has been customized or otherwise altered (including but not limited to etching, engraving, embossing, ablating, and water transfer printing) by anyone other than Big Frig is not covered by this warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
