Orders not already shipped may be cancelled for a full refund by calling (605) 540-0911 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before 10 AM Central Time on the first business day after the order is placed. Because we ship in stock items by the next business day, cancellation requests after this time may be treated as returns and be subject to return shipping and restocking fees (see below).

When requesting return authorization, please provide the following information:
Returned merchandise must be unused in its original packaging to qualify for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Damaged or defective products are not covered by this returns policy, but may be covered by our warranty policy. Please review our product warranty policies at https://bigfrig.com/warranty.
All refunds issued under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee will be provided as a credit to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
No refunds will be issued for damaged items, however such items may be covered under the product’s warranty. No refunds will be issued for returns received after 30 days after the original purchase date.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We may – at our sole discretion – deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount for some returns. This fee will be no greater than 10% of the item’s original purchase price.
