How do I start earning points?
Getting started is easy! Just shop at bigfrig.com or with one of our partner companies and use the promo code EOA at checkout. Make sure you use the same email address when you order, too.
How do I check my point balance?
If you make a purchase using the EOA code before setting up an account, you will receive an email with instructions to access your account. If you want to create an account first, just visit the EOA Shop and click the red button in the right corner. Follow the instructions to setup an account.
What rewards are currently available?
You can view the currently available rewards by visiting the EOA Shop. Make sure you are logged in by clicking the red button in the lower right corner. Then click “Redeem Points” to view the available rewards.
How do I redeem my points?

Can I earn points on wholesale or bulk purchases?
It’s up to each participating company to determine whether they will award points for non-retail purchases. Due to the significant discounts we give on bulk and wholesale purchases, Big Frig will consider requests to earn points on non-retail orders on a case-by-case basis. Make sure you mention that you want to earn points when you start your order. We may not be able to award points for orders that have already been invoiced.
